General Program Questions
How does your remote coaching program work?
I provide safe, fun and timely workouts for you, which you access thru my training software. Additionally, I provide nutritional guidance and coaching, helping you prep for your weekly choices ahead of time, and save time in the process.
What equipment do I need to get started?
My at home fitness programs require a set of 4-8 kettlebells, which you can order ahead of time. Additionally, some resistance bands, a foam roller, and a few pieces of household equipment are helpful but not mandatory.
I’m really busy—how much time do I need to commit to workouts?
My at home workouts, better known as my Kettlebell Praxis programs, are built in either 30 or 60 minute sessions, depending on your schedule and lifestyle. Don't have 30 minutes? FEAR NOT! Weight loss can happen even with just nutritional coaching. You're going to eat anyways right? Lose weight and add virtually ZERO time to your routine with my Nutrition Praxis program.
Do I have to follow a strict diet or cut out my favorite foods??
I recommend all my new clients track their food during our initial training phase, however, the changes to one's eating habits are geared towards creating nourishing and energizing meals, that fuel you for your workouts. While some changes to prior habits are inevitable, this isn't a fad diet routine, or one that defines certain foods as "evil" (I myself eat chocolate, and popcorn all the time!) This is about empowering my clients with knowledge and mindfulness so they can keep their favorite snacks, but be more aware of portion size and prioritize filling up on protein!

I’m a beginner—can I still do your kettlebell program?
Definitely! I start you out with the fundamentals, and coach you through them in detail. Depending on your body and comfort level, movements are progressed and modified as needed.
What results can I expect, and how long will it take?
If you're severely overweight, you can expect to lose 10+ lbs in the first 6 months. In general, a rate of 1 lb/week is a sustainable pace for change. 6 months is a good example of a benchmark for visible weight loss and strength improvements. However, some bodies may progress faster or slower than others. My clients tend to take 1 year to solidify the new habits we've built, to be able to continue them on their own without as much support.
How do you help with nutrition? Do I get a meal plan?
Upon starting, I will provide you instructions to report your eating habits in a way that accurately portray what you've been doing historically. In the second week, I make some adjustments based on your habits, and monitor your efforts for the coming weeks, as you track and report your food choices to me.
Based on factors like your hunger, stress, and activity level, we adjust your intake up or down, as well as your choices to make your routine sustainable. I prefer to increase my clients knowledge surrounding macronutrients, have them track their intake for some time while I monitor their efforts, and eventually move them towards intuitive eating, which is generally achievable after a period of time eating appropriate foods, and becoming familiar with them just by eyeballing servings. Meal plans are available upon request.

What if I struggle to stay on track?
I'm sure you’ve felt burnt out before! Don’t worry if you hiccup or feel you're struggling, you have me, a coach, literally in your pocket! Reach out anytime via text, and I'll get back to you within 24 hours to address what's going on, and make any changes necessary to keep you feeling like your efforts are sustainable. I also provide quick 10-15 min check in calls as needed.
How do we communicate during coaching?
You have daily access to me via text, and 10-15 min check in calls upon request on the weekends. As far as exercises go, you will be filming yourself and sending me videos for form review, as well as reporting the reps, sets and weights used if not specified ahead of time by me. Through a combination of texts, videos, voice messages and calls, we stay in touch every week to make sure you're getting the most out of this experience!

How do I get started, and what are the pricing options?
If you're interested in getting started, schedule a FREE 15 minute consultation with me! You can do this on my website :) If after our consult, it seems like we'd be a good fit for a coaching experience, we'll schedule a longer, 45 minute follow up call. At this point, I go over pricing plans and contract lengths.
I offer different tiers of membership, depending on your goals (workouts + nutrition, or just nutrition, length of session, and days available per week).
Depending on which combination of these makes the most sense for you, you can buy coaching in several different contract lengths, to save in the long run!
As mentioned above, real sustainable change takes at least 6 months to see, and the majority of my clients work with me for 1 year before maintaining these habits and routines on their own. With this in mind, most of my clients choose to buy 1 year upfront and save a lot in the process!
