He’s a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC), equipping him to guide you through effective fitness strategies and sustainable dietary habits. As a StrongFirst Kettlebell and Barbell Coach, Ben is skilled in teaching workouts with precision and safety. These certifications, achieved through rigorous training and high-level assessments, have some of the highest attrition rates of any formal exercise education. Maintaining these credentials requires bi-annual recurring tests where Ben must showcase correct form, coaching demonstration and pass physical conditioning benchmarks to always “walk the walk.” You can be certain you’ll be working with an expert, who’s continually sharpening his skills.

Ben is also a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 Coach, allowing him to assess movement patterns and design plans that accommodate injuries or mobility issues.
